Toutefois, il est important d\u2019avoir une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e pour fournir \u00e0 votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 les nutriments dont il a besoin pour grandir et se d\u00e9velopper. Veillez \u00e0 int\u00e9grer de nombreux fruits et l\u00e9gumes, des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et du pain complets, ainsi que des produits laitiers pauvres en mati\u00e8res grasses, comme des yaourts et du fromage, pour un apport quotidien suffisant en calcium.<\/li><li>Le cerveau de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppe rapidement, notamment la 21e semaine, et a besoin d\u2019acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 et om\u00e9ga-6 sp\u00e9cifiques, connus sous le nom d\u2019acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s \u00e0 longue cha\u00eene (AGPI-LC). Votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 trouve les AGPI-LC dont il a besoin dans vos propres r\u00e9serves et s\u2019approvisionne via le placenta pendant la grossesse, puis gr\u00e2ce au lait maternel apr\u00e8s la naissance. Il est donc indispensable de manger des aliments riches en om\u00e9ga-3 comme des poissons gras, parmi lesquels du maquereau, de la sardine et de la truite. Il est cependant d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 de d\u00e9passer deux portions de poisson gras par semaine et de prendre des compl\u00e9ments \u00e0 base d\u2019huile de poisson car certains contiennent des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de vitamine A, ce qui peut \u00eatre dangereux pour votre b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/li><li>En plus d\u2019\u00eatre bon pour les os, le calcium aide les muscles \u00e0 fonctionner correctement et constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important pour une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e pendant la grossesse.<\/li><li>Une alimentation saine et vari\u00e9e contient des produits riches en calcium, \u00e0 commencer par des produits laitiers pauvres en mati\u00e8res grasses, comme du fromage, des yaourts ou du lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, ainsi que des sardines en conserve, des graines de s\u00e9same, des l\u00e9gumes verts \u00e0 feuilles, du tofu, des haricots blancs et des figues. L\u2019objectif est de v\u00e9rifier que tout va bien et que votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppe normalement.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9chographie dure environ 15-20 minutes. Pendant celle-ci, l\u2019\u00e9chographiste recherche d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles anomalies dans la croissance et le d\u00e9veloppement de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9, et v\u00e9rifie la position du placenta.
